Shipping policy

Delivery processing time:
Order processing time: 1-3 working days (excluding weekends and holidays)
Customized product processing time: 3-10 working days

Delivery method and delivery time:
Both free shipping and standard shipping take 5-15 working days, depending on distance and delivery method.
We are not responsible for delivery delays caused by uncontrollable factors such as logistics companies or weather, but we will actively contact logistics companies, airlines, etc. to resolve the issue as soon as possible.
We do not currently offer expedited delivery solutions.

International delivery:
We provide global delivery services. International orders may require payment of customs duties, import taxes, and clearance fees, which are borne by the customer.

Order tracking:
After shipment, you will receive a shipping confirmation notification containing a tracking number via email.
At the same time, we will also provide the same logistics information on our website and third-party payment companies such as PayPal, so that all parties can verify orders and track logistics.

Delivery restrictions:
We do not provide postal box addresses for delivery
Delivery time in remote areas may be extended
Extreme weather and other force majeure events may result in delivery delays or cancellation of orders.

Undelivered package:
If the package is returned due to an incorrect address or the recipient's absence, the customer will be responsible for the cost of redelivery.
